Phantom Ninja's Frost Mode

Keep in mind that while Danny has ice powers, his appearance doesn’t change at all unlike Randy’s Ninja form so the Frost Mode is my original color scheme.

Lastly, this is just minor color editing so there’s no changes on both forms, at least not yet anyway.
